Once any part of the product has been downloaded, the order is not eligible for a refund, unless the product contains a critical technical error.
❌ 2.2. The customer did not read the product description carefully
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:
- The product does not work with the customer’s software
- The file format is not what the customer expected
- The product does not fit the customer’s workflow
- Misunderstanding of features due to not reading the description
❌ 2.3. Change of mind after purchase
Refunds will not be issued if the customer “changes their mind,” “no longer needs the product,” “found another product,” etc.
3. Refunds That May Be Considered
✔️ Technical issues with the files
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Files are corrupted or cannot be opened
- Important files are missing

The buyer must provide evidence (screenshots, video recordings, error logs).
4. Transaction Fees
If a refund is approved:
- PayPal/Stripe transaction fees are non‑refundable
- The seller will only refund the net amount actually received, after platform or payment processing fees
5. Technical Support
Before considering a refund, the seller will provide technical support to help the customer use the product as described.
6. Agreement to the Policy
By purchasing and downloading any product, the customer is deemed to have agreed to all terms stated in this Refund Policy.
